Do not order if you currently fit a cup larger than 38mm (Max MSEG of roughly 5").  Flaccid diameter upper limit is likely 1.25"

What is it? 
A full length Middle Reliever that triples as a high tension, ADS/retention, and Ultrasound ready sleeve.
 
NEW MATERIAL!  Super soft, slightly tacky silicone I formulated in the 00-30 to 00-50 range (Less than 1 on the shore A scale).  Even though it's soft, it is still strong. I use the base silicone backbone from my 1.5A silicone formulation but further increase softness and tactile properties (it's a little bit viscoelastic, small memory effects but minimal).
 
Current Sizing Available - Single size at 4.5 - 5" MSEG range for 38-43 mm cups

Integrated, reinforced tip vented glans cap!
Tip vented glans cap helps alleviate the biggest issue people have with glans caps/toe shields which is bubble formation in the tip. There's a 1/8" hole to allow bubble release under tens
Works amazingly well with the water trick but air works too
Similar to tape, this added push back from the cap into the glans helps prevent blisters. The sizing of the glans recess is designed for a balance of glans compression yet still allow some expansion for growth. This combined with the super soft silicone allows a combination of both glans expansion (we want to keep growing that thing) and blister prevention. If the fit is right, you won't need to tape.
 
Suggested Use
I prefer using a slightly larger cup than typical standard sleeve use but will work with cups in the range of 38 to 43mm inner diameter
Slightly larger cup may induce some edema but less than with a standard sleeve
Use water in the vacuum cup if possible (water trick)
Lubrication is needed to slide into the sleeve
You can fold the sleeve in half to make it easier sliding in
For removal, simply take off the cup then slide off the sleeve
For using the Coil Over sleeve for added reinforcement during retention, simply roll the add on sleeve into a doughnut, stretch over the sleeve, and roll down the outside of the MR-AIO
