The Middle Reliever (MR) is a platinum cured silicone "short sleeve" with and integrated girth band designed to improve sealing in your vacuum cup for extending/hanging/manual stretching. The girth band has an angled cut to seat properly behind the glans . This sleeve is short but thick, about 2.5x thicker than a standard sleeve. This allows application and removal to be done in seconds! Just apply lubrication to both the sleeve and your member to slide in or out (before or after the sleeve is attached to the cup. If you use this slide in method, there is no reason to stretch the sleeve which further enhances the durability and longevity; there is no reason this sleeve shouldn't last you 6 months to 1 year if using this application method. The material strength and thickness of the sleeve is over engineered for PE work, even heavy hanging and vibration. Please see the demonstration videos of how to use this sleeve as it is much different than standard sleeve methods. For users that tape the glans, it is recommended to apply the sleeve first via the slide in method, then clean/dry your glans, then apply tape and cup subsequently.
Sizing:
Each size option of the MR is designed to bridge 2 cup sizes to allow user growth and fit a wider range of members. The Total Man (TM) cups are the intended accompanying cup, but cups with similar depth should work (Epic, Phallosan are likely to work comfortably but are better if you use 1 size larger than typical use). The cheaper Chinese bell style cups will work only if using a cup 1 size larger than typical use. The sleeve is strong but stretchy so it will accommodate the cup size higher than it is listed as (e.g. 33mm sleeve will fit onto a 38mm cup). The bottom of the sleeve can also be flipped up to double over and provide additional sealing.
"33mm Sleeve": Designed to fit cups in the 33-38mm range (Cups #2 and #3 from TM), 0.9"ID
"38mm Sleeve": Designed to fit cups in the 38-43mm range (Cups #3 and #4 from TM), 1.05"ID
"43mm Sleeve": Designed to fit cups in the 43-48mm range (Cups #4 and #5 from TM), 1.25"ID
I recommend using your current cup sizing to choose a sleeve size but also you can measure your stretched flaccid girth which should be 10-25% larger than the sleeve inner diameter for appropriate compression.

KNOWN UNKNOWS and WATCHOUTS:
Use this only while either sitting or during light walking. The sleeve tapers to improve the sealing in the stretched state, but I'm certain it has limits.
Middle Reliever - Short Sleeve
I strongly suggest to wash your sleeve daily with a mild soap and, if using Total Man cups, rinse out the valve daily as well (can force through soapy water by filling cup and adding pressure with your hand).
I do not suggest leaving the sleeve on the cup when not in use. Pt silicones are less susceptible to creep vs. LSR or TPE but they will demonstrate some creep and stretch/soften a small amount over time. If outer cup sleeve does stretch out and loses vacuum, just add a band on the outside (rubber band, other cut sleeve piece, etc).

I live in Korea and I was willing to pay $25 for shipping to get this.
It holds tighter than I expected, unlike the Chinese sleeves, and the pressure doesn't leak.
I'd probably buy another 43mm sleeve next time.
This is hands down the best sleeve out on the market. The fact that you can slip it on and off in seconds makes ADS doable and not a tedious task. No need to tape your glans with this sleeve, and you can apply the vac cup with minimal or no pressure. Therefore, you no longer have to carry the pump with you at all times. This sleeve drastically minimizes the edema below the glans. For the comfort and efficacy of this product, it is greatly underpriced. Set an alarm to purchase this product!
I've used every vacuum cup and sleeve combination you can think of and never had anything this comfortable in my life. I can easily slide the vac cup off and on to go pee which is priceless in my opinion. There is no edema EVER and because of this new sleeve I actually enjoy all day extending and will likely be very consistent in the future with this product. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to invest in this cheap but very effective product. You will not regret it and your member will thank you!
Initially used the sleeve with the Chinese cup and struggled to keep suction but moving to the clear cups it was perfect, suction great and fit so much better over glans. The design is excellent as edema build up was hardly a thing if at all using this to just a normal sleeve and would highly recommend. Only downside is that a hole appeared where the ridge of the cup is on the sleeve & now water seeps through it after 3 months use of maybe 2-3 times a week. Wish it lasted longer but great item
I bought a couple of middle relievers to try after reading positive stories on r/gettingbigger.
What an absolute game changer - the ease of use and comfort is absolute next level for vacuum extending and hanging. I'm uncut, so I just do the normal taping method, apply a little bit of lube and slide on in. A snug, perfect fit that doesn't loosen or lose pressure.
Soft and smooth on my D, no discomfort whatsoever. So happy with my purchase.
