3D printed clip on wide bottom flanges to increase the surface area of Leluv style rounded flanges.  Sizes for 1.35 to 1.75".
 
Force reduction is infinitely easier if you have stiff material to transfer the force. Silicone is soft, not great for this where stiff polymers are best (PC, acrylic, PETG, PLA, etc). So, if we allow a combination of stiff material and soft material in series to distribute then soften the load to your pelvis, you can thus make the uncomfortable, comfortable. Cue the angelic halleluiah.
 
These are best in combination with the other silicone based pads I make but they are somewhat ok using them on their own. Still hurts but less owies.
 
3D printed in PETG and hand cut/sanded so the contact surface will be smooth but do not expect injection molded surface finish.
 
Tip:  Add vaseline or other thick lube to inner flange surface to ease the application onto cylinder.  This will also help with sealing if your base doesn't press the inner sleeve against the cylinder.
